Dahlia tubers will be available for purchase online once dividing is complete and after we have planted our farm. Sales will continue until sold out. Email subscribers will be notified of the sale beforehand and will have 24 hours to shop before it’s announced on social media.

We make every effort to ensure accurate stock levels, but in the event that a particular dahlia tuber becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we reserve the right to cancel and refund that part of the order. We will contact you if this happens and offer a substitution (of your choice) if available, or a refund if you prefer. We do not automatically substitute tubers as you are ordering specific cultivars.

Tubers will begin shipping once your order is placed. Your tuber will arrive with at least one viable eye.

A Dahlia Growing Guide is included with your order to help you store and grow your dahlias successfully. Hillview Flowers assumes no responsibility for the tubers or their growth after you receive them. If you are not planting your tubers upon receipt, it is essential to monitor your tubers during storage to ensure they remain viable. Since every climate and soil type is different, it’s important to learn what works best in your specific environment.

All dahlia tubers from Hillview Flowers are grown, harvested, sorted, and packaged on our farm. We do not source tubers from other growers for re-sale, so you can trust that the quality meets our high standards. We strive to provide cultivars that are accurately named, but mistakes can happen. If you have any concerns once flowering, please don't hesitate to contact us. We're here to help!

Please inspect your tubers immediately upon receipt and contact us via email at hello@hillviewflowers.com.au within 2 days if you have any concerns (please include photos).

We kindly ask that you avoid contacting us through social media, as your message may be overlooked.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for improper storage, weather conditions, growing environments, pest damage, plant performance, or negligence after you receive your tubers.

Whilst we take every precaution to minimise the risk of infections, viruses, etc, in our tubers by maintaining healthy stock, following good horticultural practices, and removing all plants that show any signs of virus or infection, we cannot, however, guarantee that the tubers we send out are 100% free from infections, or will remain infection free after planting. Viruses, infections, etc can be dormant for us and show no symptoms, but then appear in your garden due to many things, i.e. your environment, soil type, pests, stress, planting conditions, etc.

We aim to supply high-quality tubers, but we disclaim all and any liability for the presence of, or development of, any and all viruses, infections, etc in the plants you purchase from us.

Due to the living nature of plants, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements after the 2-day period.

In the event of a mislabelled tuber, this is exempt from the 2-day notification period. We will either issue a full refund or provide a replacement the following season, depending on your preference and availability.
